Fluff-Butt Re-Visited (due to technical issues)

So that's what's living underneath all those bits of mobile fluff you see slowly, methodically tottering around your garden? Why is he almost naked? No wonder he's trying to hide his head. It was also extraordinarily tough to get a photo of him. He would try to keep the plant stem between us and the auto-focus on the cell phone just couldn't seem to lock on to him - So this time, this is as good as it gets. But I'm still glad to know what these minuscule insects look like up close.

  1. Reblogged this on Birdpond's Blog and commented:

This guy is so tiny he looks like a mere fleck – I have to really slow down and be still for a long time to let my eyes grow attuned, and let nearby creatures reveal themselves at their own leisure, to even be able to spot such fascinating little beings.
