Microflitter1

This little being came in from the dark last night through my open window. I feel like the ones that come inside to visit, into my artificial human environment, are fair game for more creative processing of their portraits than my garden residents. I actually love the way this one turned out. Don’t blow him up too big, though, there’s not enough info in this cell phone photo-capture to make a clear large image. He’s (or she’s) so tiny and fragile, less than 1/4″, but was actually bold enough to attack a much larger, very hairy moth and drive it off!
If one but pays attention, nature will fill you with wonder and engage you fully, and you’ll never be bored or lonely.
